What to Pack for your 6 month Fight Camp in Thailand

Hey guys, I made a video a while back when I first went to Tiger Muay Thai and learned a ton about what to bring and more importantly what not to bring since then.  So here's what I packed for my 6 months here in Chiang Mai.  You can talior it down if you're only here for 3 months or less, but it'll be simular.

My Packing list:

Supplements - Protein, Fish Oil, Multi Vitamins, Vitamin C, 5-htp, Caffeine,
Random - Chia seeds, MCT oil, ibuprofen, goji berries, dark chocolate, blender bottle, raw almonds, brazil nuts, board shorts, ps2, movies, and a bunch of random other stuff, just watch the video.

For ibuprofen as tempting as it is to pop a few after every workout and every night before you sleep, some studies have shown that it hiders muscle growth.  So bring some for those days you are seriously in pain but try to go without it most of the time.

As for video games, I can't believe I forget to mention UFC, bring that shit!  Also downloadable games for your PS3 like Mushroom Wars.

Warm Regards,

Johnny @ My Fight Camp

    1. Good luck saving up for your trip. If you haven't yet, read the 4-hour workweek by Tim Ferris and do the Elimination part, it made it a lot easier for me to save up for the trip.

    1. I do love Acai berries as well, but since they only come in powdered form I'd rather have whole dried berries of goji. Plus I like putting them in my green tea and eating them.
