A friend told me about MovNat, which I assume means "Move Naturally." It's a 7 day fitness camp that combines the Paleo diet with balance and body exercises. A lot of people fly all the way from the U.S.A. and other countries just to do this program, so if you are already in Thailand, you might want to look into it. It' still very expensive but from the looks of it, it seems pretty freaking cool.
